My first was published jointly with my predecessor Stephen Shaw, with whom I overlapped as IAC for six months to ensure a smooth handover. I joined Stephen as IAC in November 2018, and I became the sole IAC in May 2019. I am grateful to Stephen for his assistance as I settled into the role.
