CPS responses to HMCPSIMae trais rhywiol yn drosedd wirioneddol ddinistriol sy'n newid bywyd. Rydym wedi ymrwymo i gynyddu nifer yr achosion sy’n mynd i’r llys yn sylweddol a chynnal hynny o flwyddyn i flwyddyn. Rydym yn benderfynol o weld cyfiawnder i fwy o ddioddefwyr trais rhywiol a throseddau rhywiol difrifol, ac fel arweinwyr rydym yn addo bod yn weladwy, yn atebol ac yn dryloyw wrth i ni weithio tuag at y nod hwn.
