Specialist Domestic Violence Courts 2013

|Publication

The Specialist Domestic Violence Court (SDVC) programme has been running since 2005. At the end of the Court Estate Rationalisation Programme we anticipate that there will be 137 SDVC systems, a reduction of six from the position as April 2011, across England and Wales. This list, dated September 2013, shows at a glance which courts fall within each CPS Area and will help identify which courts have received official accreditation. This list is replicated on the Home Office website and the Ministry of Justice website as it is a tri-partite team.
