Equalities in Employment
The CPS has made significant progress on equality in employment in recent years. The CPS is committed to further progressing equality in employment and to developing a high performing prosecution service which utilises and values diversity at all levels. There is a clear link between equality and diversity in employment and prosecutions, therefore we need to ensure that our workforce is reflective at all levels of the communities we serve.
Through the CPS People Strategy, we are committed to fairness and inclusion and respecting individual differences whilst pursuing a common purpose where the workforce is treated fairly and feels valued for the contribution every member of staff makes. This section provides links to policy and guidance on Equality in Employment and workforce diversity data.
