I would be grateful if you would provide details of your current contract covering reprographics/print arrangements under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 as follows:

  1. Number of MFDs (multi-functional devices) & photocopiers at Crown Prosecution Service.

    Extension option until 31 March 2028 (+1yr+1yr).
     
  5. What framework / Route to market used.

    CCS RM3781 - Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) / Managed Print and Content Services and Records Information Management.
     
  6. Number of regular/desktop printers (in addition to above).

    There are 12 desktops for homeworkers.
     
  7. Is there a support contract on above, if yes please state start/end date?

    Yes - Start date: 14 April 2021, end date: 31 March 2026.
     
  8. Does CPS have a Print Room?

    Yes - Four CPS Onsite Print rooms aligned with Contract.
     
  9. If yes, name of supplier, number of devices and start/end date of contract, also details of any extension options.

    Start/End date: Start – 14 April 2021

  13. Who is responsible for this contract at CPS?

    The name of the Head of Service Management who oversees the Print Contract is withheld under section 40 of the FoIA – Personal Information.
