Can you confirm the total funds recovered from David Buisson under the Proceeds of Crime Act to the present date in relation to the below conviction?
Can you also state the total sum of any confiscation order made against him?

Records held by the Crown Prosecution Service’s (CPS’) Proceeds of Crime Division (POC D) indicate that information within scope of the request is held. Please note that the information provided should be read in conjunction with the four caveats listed below.
The total funds recovered from the individual named in the request is £153,589.92. Mr Buisson was subject to a Confiscation Order for £294,973.00, but this was varied on 30 December 2022 to £153,589.92.
- This data was obtained from an external multi-agency database – with data to 21 March 2023, for the granted confiscation order under Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) 2002 legislation following criminal convictions for 11 Counts of Burglary contrary to s9 (1)(B) Theft Act 1968 and two counts of Attempted Burglary under s1 (1) Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
