The costs of the above-mentioned trial totalled £94,278.95. Please note, as the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does not record the time spent by internal lawyers, paralegals and administrative staff on a case-by-case basis, we are only able to provide external counsels’ costs together with the Value Added Tax (VAT) paid.
