We use name and institution-blind applications during our shortlisting, so candidates are assessed solely on their skills and experience. Our selection panels are diverse, bringing together people from different backgrounds and perspectives, helping to reduce bias and ensure fair assessment for all candidates. We support candidates with disabilities or long-term health conditions through reasonable adjustments at each stage of the process – whether that’s additional support during interviews, accessible materials, or extra time to complete tasks – so that no one is disadvantaged.

Our Carers Association is here for anyone with caring responsibilities. You may be a carer for a partner, family member, foster child or friend who, because of illness, disability, a mental health condition or an addiction, is unable to cope without your support.
