Graduated Fee Scheme F Annex 5 - Confiscation Hearing Fees

Table 1: Fees for confiscation proceedings with 50 pages or less and fees for second and subsequent days in all confiscation hearings 

These rates apply to confiscation proceedings with 50 pages or less for each day or half day that the confiscation hearing lasts.

These rates should also be applied to the second and subsequent days or half days of a confiscation hearing in proceedings in cases with more than 50 pages.
