The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does hold data in relation to your request, for ease of reference I have attached an Excel spreadsheet labelled “12156 DATA" containing the information you have requested in the bulleted list above.
In response to your last question: Which, if any, of these contracts have gone through a dispute resolution process? I can inform you that the CPS holds no data showing that any of the contracts have gone through a dispute resolution process.
