CPS Supply Estimates
Description
Supply Estimates are the means of obtaining from Parliament the legal authority to consume the resources and spend the money that was agreed in the spending programmes for the financial year. This is initially presented to Parliament at the beginning of the financial year in the Main Estimate and previously could be increased in-year via the Winter and Spring Supplementary Estimates. From 2011-12 there is only one Supplementary Estimate in which to amend the provision of the Main Estimate.

The document sets out the steps we are taking in the coming years to deliver our Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets for the 2007 Spending Review period.
