Revised Code of Practice for Conditional Cautions - Adults
Description
This Code of Practice is issued by the Secretary of State for Justice under section 25 Criminal Justice Act 2003 ("the Act") and is published with the consent of the Attorney General. It has been approved by Parliament and brought into force by statutory instrument (SI 2010/133). It extends to England and Wales. The Code governs the use of Conditional Cautions under Part 3 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003. This second edition replaces any earlier versions.

Analysis of sickness absence in the Civil Service
Description
This report consists of a comprehensive analysis of the sickness absence profile of Civil Service departments. The report indicates that the average working days lost per staff year in the CPS stands at 9.9. This takes account of the figure of 8.7 provided by the CPS, but applies the Cabinet Office's weighting system.
