CPS Gender Benchmarking Award 2012

Gender and race campaigns Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity have published lists of the top ten best performing organisations on ethnicity and gender following the UKs biggest race and gender benchmarking survey.

 

CPS Equal Opportunities Benchmarking Award 2012

A total of 67 public and private sector organisations took part in the survey, which focused on 30 key areas including career progression, recruitment, supplier diversity, and senior management and board representation. The CPS placed in the top ten public sector organisations for both ethnicity and gender.

Stonewall 'Top 100 Employers' award 2013

Now in its ninth year, the index from campaigning group Stonewall tracks the impact of workplace culture on gay, lesbian and bisexual employees and is a key barometer of diversity practices. The 2013 index, which also included a survey of more than 8,900 gay and lesbian employees, had 376 entries across many sectors, and the CPS appears at number 55.

Stonewall Star Performer Award 2013

The CPS LGBT Network was also awarded Star Performer Network, indicating that Network makes an invaluable contribution to the experience of LGB staff in the organisation and beyond.
